In Berlin, as is evident, a climate of nervousness has set in that has been paralysing the executive. Its industry depends on supplies flowing at the usual rate, a need that is of course not being met in this context. Germany, the eurozone's largest economy, is in the grip of Russian gas. But it is likely to happen in the coming weeks. So far they have not stopped despite the war and Gazprom's threats on Naftogaz, the Ukrainian state energy company. Around 80% of the supply even comes via the Yamal-Europe, Brotherhood or Soyuz pipelines, which pass through Ukraine. Until just a few weeks ago, it also came via the Baltic Sea, before the Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines were sabotaged, which has led to an escalation of tensions in the region. It comes via Slovakia, the Black Sea, Turkey and Bulgaria. Russian gas, however, continues to arrive in dribs and drabs. Brussels is now speeding up the process of energy disconnection to reduce this percentage. At least 40% of the gas consumed by member states in 2021 came from Russia. Gas as a tool of pressure: this is how Moscow has taken advantage of Europe's energy dependence to tighten the screws within the EU-27. It praised HMA for its server selection and user interface, but criticized it for price, speed, and the lack of advanced features. Ī 2016 review in PCMag gave the HMA Android app 3 out of 5 stars. In 2017, PC World noted that it was difficult to measure the effect a VPN service has on internet speed, because of variables like location, internet service speeds, and hardware. In contrast, Digital Trends said HMA had strong speeds and good server selection, but wasn't fool-proof at ensuring anonymity, because it stored user activity logs (in 2020, HMA announced that it would no longer log user activity ). In 2015, a review in Tom's Hardware said HMA was easy to use, had good customer service, and a large number of server locations to choose from, but criticized it for slowing internet speeds. This led to the arrest of a hacker in what is known as the "LulzSec fiasco". In 2019, it was reported that HMA received a directive from Russian authorities to join a state sponsored registry of banned websites, which would prevent Russian HMA users from circumventing Russian state censorship. HMA corrected the vulnerability days later. In 2017, a security vulnerability was discovered that allowed hackers with access to a user's laptop to obtain elevated privileges on the device. In the San Diego Bay, I would try crown cove, the beaches by the fairy landing, or any other beach you can find. Best beaches to fish would be Ocean beach, Silver Strand, Coronado Beach, and the beaches north of La Jolla. As far as right now, I would fish anywhere there is a Beach (not that there are only sharks at beaches, but it makes it easier to bring them in rather than from rocks). Big sharks from shore is going to be challenging. La Jolla and really anywhere just a few hundred yards from the breaks at the beaches would also be good. If you have access to a boat, you can catch sharks from almost anywhere, but the flats south of the Coronado bridge and any area near the bait barge are probably your best bet in the bay right now.
